Summary of position:

Prime Jet Cabin hosts are the face of the company they will ultimately spend the most face time with passengers. Prime Jet Cabin Hosts must portray a level of professionalism when working with clients, brokers and customer service representatives. Cabin hosts are responsible for all aspects of the In- Flight experience for passengers: supplying all catering needs and special requests, serving the passengers in a professional manner, attending to all passenger needs, maintaining a clean organized cabin and ensuring the Pilots are attended to. They must ensure the aircraft is fully stocked, clean and charter ready at all times.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years old, with a valid passport.
  • Must have prior service experience (bartending, waitressing, hosting). 1-year Cabin Host experience preferred, but not a requirement.
  • International work or travel experience preferred, but not a requirement.
  • Must be willing to work long hours, be flexible with the work schedule and be able to work with many different personalities.
  • Preferred that candidates live within 1 hour of their assigned base Van Nuys, Teterboro or Opa-Locka.
  • Must have Corporate Cabin Host certificate (FACTS, HRD, Flight Safety, CAPS) and current CPR certification.
  • Background in Customer Service. Friendly, outgoing, energetic personality.
  • Must have experience with Microsoft 365

Summary of position:

The maintenance Liaison provides direct support to the Maintenance Department. This position liaises between the Prime Jet Maintenance team and a designated Repair Station vendor in a capacity that includes but is not limited to providing work order dispositions, assistance with ensuring maintenance work orders are performed and completed in a timely manner. Ensure the appropriate documentation is completed and copies placed in the aircraft.
This is an exciting opportunity to be directly involved in the aviation industry in a support role. This role will function in a fast-paced environment with significant autonomy.

Summary of position:

The Maintenance Manager has the overall reporting responsibilities to the Director of Maintenance and Chief Inspector. This position will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of airworthiness of the certificate holders (Prime Jet) aircraft, as assigned to include monitoring quality and efficiency of maintenance.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Must hold and maintain FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate (A&P).
  • Minimum of 10 years of inspection, troubleshooting and repair of large category transport aircraft. (Exception – an individual that has been a pilot on that aircraft type for more than 10 years, has been to a OEM initial training course for that airframe and has an Airframe and Powerplant license.)
  • Experienced in Embraer (ERJ-135, ERJ-145, and/or Legacy 600/650) airframes and related powerplants.
  • Experience in providing budgets and projections of corporate aircraft for scheduled, nonscheduled and interior upkeep or required modifications.
  • Detail oriented, with excellent organizational and task management skills.
  • Must be proficient with a computer and have a thorough understanding of Microsoft 365.
  • Experience with CAMP, CMP, or other maintenance specific applications.
  • Must be able to work weekends.
  • Must be able to travel for training or other company requirements.
  • Clean DMV record, valid US Drivers License and valid US Passport required.
  • Must live within one (1) hour driving distance from Tampa International Airport (TPA)

Summary of position:

The Pilot-in-Command has command of, and the responsibility for, the aircraft safety and security, flight crew, passengers, cargo and the safe conduct of the flight. The PIC provides guidance and coordination of the activities of every individual connected with all phases of the aircraft operation. He also addresses any questions or concerns of crewmembers that relate to the safety of the flight. The PIC retains the final authority for the safe operation of the aircraft. (FAR 91.3)

Skills & Requirements:

  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test prior to being offered a position.
  • Must be a team player and leader.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in email communication.
  • Provide extraordinary customer service experience for the passengers.
  • Must be highly knowledgeable of and operate the aircraft IAW the General Operations Manual, Federal Aviation Regulations, operations specifications, aircraft flight manuals, and other instructions.
  • Directs the activities of the Second-in-Command ensuring that the flight crew members understand fully and completely what duties they are expected to perform.
  • Ensures that the assigned aircraft is airworthy, that all required documents are on board, and a preflight inspection is accomplished before each departure.
  • Must have experience with Microsoft 365

Summary of position:

The Second-in-Command works closely with the Pilot-in-Command to ensure safe flight operations.
The SIC is an integral part of the flight crew and is obligated to bring to the attention of the PIC any questions or concerns related to the safety of the flight.

  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test prior to being offered a position.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in email communication.
  • Provide extraordinary customer service experience for the passengers.
  • Ability to support the Safety Management System by identifying and reporting safety hazards and issues.
  • Must be highly knowledgeable of the general operations manual, company manual, Federal Aviation Regulations, operations specifications, flight manuals, and other instructions pertinent to assigned duties.
  • Must keep up to date on any GOM revisions including duties and responsibilities.
  • Must have experience with Microsoft 365
