Accumulating over 30-years of Commercial and Corporate Aviation experience, Cheryl Janke leads the Prime Jet Management Team with her broad-based aviation knowledge. Earning her A&P License from Rice Aviation in 1992, Janke began her career on the technical maintenance end of the industry spectrum. Traveling the world, Janke managed a diversified fleet of aircraft including Gulfstream’s and a Boeing Business Jet. Janke’s skill set covers the range necessary to head a Worldwide Charter Management Company. At the helm of establishing a multitude of Part 135 charter companies, in addition to Prime Jet, Janke’s talents have been applied to the maintenance, accounting, regulatory, and owner relations spectrum of the business. She has considerable experience with Part 135 aircraft conformity, immense knowledge of the FAR’s, and is the founder of an innovative web based company, Jet Repair Anywhere.

Combining extensive domestic and international flight operation experience with a rich technical educational background, Andrew Gulsrud oversees the daily flight operations and sales department for the Prime Jet Fleet. Gulsrud has 15 years of management experience working for certificated Worldwide Part 135 operators. In his tenure, he has proven a track record of substantial growth for the companies he’s been involved with. Having worked with NASA and the FAA, to small start up Charter companies, Gulsrud has a breadth of experience in the corporate world. Fostering a life-long passion for aviation, Gulsrud is also an instrument-rated commercial pilot.

Bringing over a decade of aviation based financial experience to the Prime Jet Management Team; Elizabeth McGraw is a Certified Public Accountant and serves as CFO. McGraw was an employee of Prime Jet from 2003 through 2008, and subsequently held a CFO position for another prominent Van Nuys based Management Company. As an original Prime Jet team member McGraw brings with her an awareness of the company’s rich history as the leader in revenue producing charter management. McGraw enjoys the fast paced aviation environment and works in a consulting capacity to owners, advising them on management company selections, tax strategies, and navigating the complex financial implications of aircraft ownership. McGraw’s diverse talents will be used to develop the accounting and financial reporting sectors of Prime Jet.

Scott has served in the Military for 10 years in numerous units. Upon leaving the service he went into general aviation working at a 145-repair station for Raytheon Aircraft Services working on Beechjet 400A, Hawkers 800’s, Cessna’s, Embraer Legacy’s and Gulfstream aircraft 2 years. From there he became an aircraft maintenance manager/DOM for three Part 135 aircraft maintaining an Embraer Legacy, Gulfstream GV, and G550 for 14 years. Scott them came to Prime Jet as the Chief Inspector in Jan 2018 and recently promoted to the Director of Maintenance for Prime Jet.

Kevin Roethe fell in love with aviation at an early age, pounding rivets on a float plane in exchange for J-3 Cub flying lessons while in high school. He worked through his ratings while in college, and earned his ATP before Air Force pilot training. Kevin’s first F-16 fighter assignment was to Alaska, where he deployed all over the Pacific, including flying combat in Iraq. Kevin was then selected for and graduated from the USAF Test Pilot School and developed new weapons and tactics for the F-16. He was the Director of Aviation for a natural gas company’s Gulfstream flight department for eight years. Kevin is excited to bring his civilian and military flight and leadership experience to serve the Prime Jet team as the Director of Operations. Meanwhile, he continues to serve part-time as a Brigadier General in the Air Force Reserve at the Air Force Test Center.

Matt Rackauckas’ aviation experience dates back to his high school days, working line service, washing aircraft and spending countless hours around the airport learning the nuances of the business. Matt’s aviation career took flight in the mid 1980’s when he earned his private pilot license and began flying single engine and light twin aircraft. Over the course of twenty-plus years, he earned his A&P License, was a certified flight instructor, and began flying Lear Jets and Gulfstream aircraft. He has experience in several management roles since 1998 including Director of Training, Safety Officer, and Chief Pilot. Garnering a large part of his Part 135 experience working for the former Prime Jet as Chief Pilot from 2003 to 2009. He has flown over 4,000 hours in Gulfstreams and traveled the world with more than 10,000 hours of flight time.

Prior to enlisting in the United States Navy, Jason received a degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from Snead State in Boaz, Alabama. As an Air Traffic Controller, Jason earned certification in seven different positions at Kingsville TRACON and rose to the rank of 2nd Class Petty Officer. Upon leaving the Naval Service in 2003, Jason joined a prominent International Aircraft Logistics Planning Company, where he gained extensive experience in international operations and trip planning, so much so that he went on to become President of this Company. Jason joined the Prime Jet Team in 2011, where his organizational expertise and worldly knowledge is essential to Prime Jets recognition as one of the leading International Charter Companies.

Paul has a track record of industry record breaking sales and leads the team in business development ideas. Born and raised in Mobile, AL Paul is an avid “Bama football” fan and graduate in Communications/PR at University of Alabama. Paul has worn many aviation caps in his 28 year aviation career in both sales and as a professional pilot.

Kendra brings over a decade of international and domestic experience in charter sales and customer relations. A graduate of North Carolina State University, with a B.S. in Business Management and Marketing, Kendra has extensive Part 135 sales and marketing experience. Her operational and marketing experience brings a wealth of diversity to our world-wide operation. Kendra’s past positions include National Sales Director, Senior Charter Sales Coordinator and Flight Operations Coordinator.

Bob has been flying professionally for over 30 years. During a 24-year career in the US Air Force, he was one of a very small percentage of pilots to be assigned to fly fighter jets as well as heavy transports and VIP jets. He participated in several combat deployments and was a lead instructor in the Euro-NATO Joint Jet Pilot Training program, the world’s only multi-nationally managed pilot training program, chartered to produce fighter pilots for the NATO countries. Upon retiring from the Air Force, Bob transitioned to the private/charter sector of the aviation industry, where he has continued flying and offering his expertise in operations management. His flight time includes over 4000 hours in Gulfstream private jets, and 1000+ hours each in the Learjet, C-141, T-38, and F-16. Bob is a NBAA Certified Safety Manager and leads the Prime Jet Safety program.

Ilene Dondlinger has an extensive background with over a decade of management experience. She began her career in 2003 and shortly after became the departments Chief Director. Ilene joined Prime Jet in 2008 and single handedly standardized the fleet of Gulfstreams. She dedicated her time to cultivate and nurture the in-flight hosts to deliver the highest possible standards to our clients. In her role she is responsible for hiring, training, scheduling and supervising Prime Jets cabin hosts. Ilene has over a decade of experience working for various operators and has extensively traveled the world.
